MHSRB To Release Selection Lists For 424 Specialist Doctor Posts
The recruitment process for another 1,192 specialist doctor posts across seven specialties has already been completed.
HYDERABAD: The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) on Wednesday released the selection lists for 424 civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts in 10 specialties under the directorate of secondary healthcare (Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad).
The selections cover ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, forensic medicine, hospital administration, biochemistry and microbiology.
The recruitment process for another 1,192 specialist doctor posts across seven specialties has already been completed. With the latest selections, the recruitment process for a total of 1,616 posts will be completed.
The recruitment is aimed at addressing the shortage of specialist doctors in government hospitals and improving access to specialised healthcare at community health centres and area hospitals in districts, the department said.
