Meghalaya to Study Hyderabad's TGiCCC Model

A statement said Sangma appreciated Telangana's use of technology to strengthen public safety, governance and emergency response.

Hyderabad: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma visited the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre (TGiCCC) in Hyderabad on Thursday and reviewed its advanced technology-driven policing, emergency response and disaster management systems. Sangma said Meghalaya would send a team to Hyderabad to study the functioning of TGiCCC in detail.

Officials briefed the delegation, also comprising senior Meghalaya officials Cyril V. Darlong Diengdoh and Shivansh Awasthi, on the integrated technological infrastructure and operational capabilities of TGiCCC. The delegation was shown the Technology Fusion Centre, the state-of-the-art video wall, the integrated emergency response support system (Dial-112), and the centre's disaster management operations.

A statement said Sangma appreciated Telangana's use of technology to strengthen public safety, governance and emergency response. He particularly praised the Technology Fusion Centre and the advanced video wall, which enables real-time monitoring and coordination among multiple government agencies during emergencies.
