Mee Surakhsha Drive in Malkajgiri
Initiative to build a verified database of residents, tenants and domestic staff

Hyderabad: Malkajgiri police have launched Mee Surakhsha, a community policing initiative aimed at strengthening security in residential areas through verified databases of residents, tenants and support staff.
Commissioner B. Sumathi appealed to apartment associations and welfare societies to cooperate with the verification drive. Teams will conduct enumeration across more than 550 colonies, gated communities, apartment complexes and housing areas.
Data of domestic helpers, drivers, maids, cooks, caretakers, watchmen and other support staff will be digitally captured through the Hawkeye Ultra App and via self‑registration. Officials said the process will be carried out in coordination with RWAs, colony welfare groups and individual households to ensure safer neighbourhoods.
