An 18‑year‑old Osmania Medical College student died by suicide at an under‑construction building near RGI Stadium, Uppal, early Sunday. His family said he was stressed over internal examinations. The deceased, K. Bhargav Reddy of Medak district, had been staying at his relatives’ house in Ramanthapur. He was preparing for exams with his cousin late into the night before leaving unnoticed. His family filed a missing complaint at 7.30 am, and police later found his body.
No suicide note was recovered. Police said he had been under stress due to exams. The body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post‑mortem and later handed over to the family. Police registered a case under missing circumstances, later altered to BNSS 194. Investigation is continuing.
