Massive ₹150 Crore Investment Scam Unearthed in Jeedimetla

A company named 'The Penguin Securities', operating out of Chintal Ganesha Nagar under the Jeedimetla Police Station limits, is accused of embezzling more than ₹150 crore.

Hyderabad: A major financial fraud has come to light in Jeedimetla, exposing the operations of a fake investment firm that allegedly duped over 1,500 investors under the guise of stock market investments on Friday.
A company named 'The Penguin Securities', operating out of Chintal Ganesha Nagar under the Jeedimetla Police Station limits, is accused of embezzling more than ₹150 crore. The company reportedly lured investors with promises of high returns through stock market trading. Victims were persuaded to invest amounts ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹1 crore in the form of bonds.
Many of the duped investors only recently realized they had been misled and rushed to the Jeedimetla Police Station on Friday to file formal complaints. Following the complaints, the police have registered a case and initiated a full-scale investigation into the matter.
