Youth Clashes on Rise in Mancherial, Public Concerned
Police officials are reportedly stepping up surveillance to prevent such incidents and maintain law and order.

Mancherial: Frequent scuffles among youths in Mancherial district have raised concern among the public. In the latest incident, three youths allegedly under the influence of alcohol fought over curd at a biryani centre on Sunday.
The incident took place at Shivaji Biryani Centre near the Srirampur area bus stand in Mancherial district.
According to police, two youths, identified as Ponnala Prashanth and Ponnala Kishore, went to the biryani centre. They allegedly asked another youth, Manubothula Prashanth, who they reportedly mistook for a restaurant worker, to bring curd.
An argument reportedly broke out between the youths, which soon escalated into a physical altercation. The youths allegedly attacked each other with soft-drink bottles, leaving one of them seriously injured.
The incident has raised concerns over the alleged increase in youth-related clashes and gang violence in the district. Police officials are reportedly stepping up surveillance to prevent such incidents and maintain law and order.
