Hyderabad: A 35-year-old person killed his father after a dispute over the missing Rs.500 currency note from his trousers at Alipur village in Zaheerabad mandal in Sangareddy district on Wednesday night.
Suspecting that his father took the currency note from his trousers, Tukaram questioned him and when the former made it clear to him that he did not take money, Tukaram continued to argue with him.
In a fit of rage Tukaram attacked his father with a knife resulting in severe stab wounds. Death was instant for the victim, the police said.
