Man Killed As Bus Rams Bolero Near KondaparthI
A 45-year-old man was killed and seven others injured after a TGSRTC bus collided with a Bolero near Kondaparthi in Mulugu district.
A 45-year-old man has died and seven others injured when a TGSRTC bus collided with a four-wheeler near Kondaparthi on the Tadwai-Pasra main road on Friday morning.
According to police, Daravath Bhadru, 45, of Anaram Peddathanda in Parkal mandal of Warangal district, was returning in the four-wheeler with family members and relatives after completing the immersion of ashes at Bhadrachalam.
The accident occurred when a TGSRTC bus coming from the opposite direction collided with the four-wheeler near Kondaparthi. Bhadru sustained severe injuries and died while being shifted to the Mulugu government hospital.
Daravath Saroja, Neha, Sakru, Bujjamma, Bukya Jyothi, Daravath Venkanna and Anitha sustained injuries in the accident. They are undergoing treatment.
Tadwai sub-inspector K. Jagadeesh said a case had been registered based on a complaint lodged by a relative of the deceased. Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the accident.
