Man Gets Life Term for Murdering Wife in Jiyaguda

On July 15, 2022, Santosh during a quarrel had fatally attacked his wife Saritha. Following a complaint lodged by the victim's elder sister, Kulsumpura police registered a murder case and launched an investigation.

Hyderabad: Judge D.B. Sheetal of II Additional Sessions Judge Court at Nampally sentenced 32-year-old man Menda Santosh to life imprisonment for the murder of his wife in Jiyaguda four years ago.
On July 15, 2022, Santosh during a quarrel had fatally attacked his wife Saritha. Following a complaint lodged by the victim's elder sister, Kulsumpura police registered a murder case and launched an investigation. The investigation was conducted by then-inspector Ashok Kumar, now serving with the CCS wing in Hyderabad commissionerate. After collecting material evidence and examining key witnesses, he filed a comprehensive charge sheet before the court.
