Medchal MLA Malla Reddy’s appearance alongside BJP leaders has triggered fresh speculation over his possible move to the saffron party.
Hyderabad: Medchal MLA Malla Reddy was seen alongside BJP leaders, fuelling speculation about his possible move to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The speculation intensified after Telangana BJP president N. Ramchander Rao shared a photograph featuring Rakesh Reddy, BJP leaders and other delegates. The photograph has triggered discussions about a possible political move by Malla Reddy.
Telangana BJP chief N. Ramchander Rao, along with other BJP leaders, is on a three-day visit to Australia from September 25 to 27.
Ramchander Rao was invited by the Indian Cultural Society (ICS), Brisbane, to attend the ICS Convention 2026, scheduled to be held on September 26.
According to reports, Malla Reddy is likely to seek three tickets for his family if he decides to join the BJP. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding his reported plans to join the party or the ticket discussions.
Earlier, rumours had also surfaced that Malla Reddy and his family were planning to join the BJP. However, they dismissed the reports as baseless.
