Maheshwaram DCP Reviews Crime Control Measures at Monthly Meeting
The DCP directed Station House Officers (SHOs) to speed up investigations and ensure timely filing of charge sheets. He also instructed them to closely monitor habitual offenders, strengthen CCTV surveillance and intensify visible policing.

Hyderabad: Maheshwaram Zone DCP K. Narayana Reddy, IPS, conducted a monthly crime review meeting at the Maheshwaram DCP Office on Friday to review crime control measures, law and order, and visible policing.
During the meeting, the DCP reviewed pending cases, including grave undetected cases, SC/ST cases, PD Act cases, POCSO cases, NDPS cases and cybercrime cases. He also reviewed the status of charge sheets, rowdy sheeters, CCTV coverage, Call Detail Record (CDR) analysis and other investigation-related cases.

He stressed the need to improve the case detection rate and adopt a professional and result-oriented approach to investigations while ensuring strict maintenance of law and order.
