Magisterial Probe Ordered Into Convict’s Death In Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Hyderabad district Collector Anudeep Durishetty has appointed Special Executive Magistrate K Jyothi to hold the magisterial enquiry into the death of convict Dana Sani Mallesh alias Podium Mallesh on March 19 at Gandhi Hospital.
Mallesh, who was a convict prisoner 7078 of the central prison in Hyderabad, died while undergoing treatment.
In a notification, the Special Executive Magistrate said, “It is brought to the notice of the general public that any person, blood relatives of the deceased who is interested, who knows and witnessed the incident may depose their evidence at the Collectorate office in Lakdi-ka-Pul in Khairtabad on June 13 between 11 am and 5 pm.
