Lottery for Indiramma Homes Towers from Aug 27
A final list is being prepared after verifying whether applicants are permanent residents of Hyderabad and whether they already own a flat or plot within the ORR area.

Hyderabad: Housing Board Vice‑Chairman V.P. Gowtham announced that the lottery process for allocating homes in the ‘Indiramma Homes Towers’ constructed by the government within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits will commence on August 27.
The process will be conducted over four consecutive days, covering four constituencies each day until August 30. The Housing Board had invited applications under a pilot project for 7,340 homes across 16 Assembly constituencies. Applications received via MeeSeva centres, online portals and WhatsApp MeeSeva are being scrutinised. A final list is being prepared after verifying whether applicants are permanent residents of Hyderabad and whether they already own a flat or plot within the ORR area.
Details of applicants will be made available online from Thursday evening on ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in, tghb.cgg.gov.in (tghb.cgg.gov.in in Bing) and tghb.telangana.gov.in (tghb.telangana.gov.in in Bing). Objections can be submitted until August 23. After reviewing objections, the final list of eligible applicants will be announced on August 25.
Beneficiaries will then be selected via lottery starting August 27. The draw will be conducted in accordance with reservation categories, including SC, ST, BC and differently‑abled persons. A waiting list comprising 20 per cent of applicants will also be prepared for each category, with those names selected through the lottery.
