Lifer For 32-Year-Old In Double Murder, Robbery Case In Hasanparthy

WARANGAL: A 32-year-old man was sentenced to life imprisonment for committing a double murder and robbery in Hasanparthy and was also fined ₹3,500 by the 11th Additional District Judge (Family Court), B. Sridevi, here on Monday.

The accused, Kamarapu Prashanth, 32, was found guilty under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Crime No. 130/2018 (S.C. No. 295/2022) registered at Hasanparthy Police Station.

The victims were a couple Gaddam Damodar, 60, and his wife Gaddam Padma, 54, residents of Gandhinagar, Hasanparthy village. The case was filed by their son, Gaddam Punnam Chander, a software engineer.
