Lakshya Sankalp Trust Launches Weekly Anna Danam Program, Serves 2,000 Near Niloufer Hospital
Trust organizers M. Rajasekhar Reddy and M. Sadhana Reddy announced that similar Anna Danam programs will now be held every week near major hospitals in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: A large-scale Anna Danam (free meal distribution) program was organized on Monday by the Lakshya Sankalp Trust near Niloufer Hospital in Lakdikapul, serving meals to over 2,000 people.
The event was inaugurated by Telangana Agriculture Welfare Commission Chairman M. Kodanda Reddy and Congress senior leader MLA Feroz Khan, who attended as chief guests.
Trust organizers M. Rajasekhar Reddy and M. Sadhana Reddy announced that similar Anna Danam programs will now be held every week near major hospitals in Hyderabad. These include NIMS, Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital, Gandhi Hospital, and Osmania Hospital, targeting patients and their attendants in need.
Municipal Commissioner of Tellapur M. Sangareddy, Jayanti Kesagalla, and several others also participated in the initiative, which was met with appreciation from beneficiaries and hospital visitors.
