Kukatpally Residents Flag Civic Issues to Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner

Hyderabad: Several issues pertaining to street lighting, underground drainage overflowing, and water stagnation and road safety measures near schools were figured during an interaction with the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner G Srijana by residents of Kukatpally here on Wednesday.
Another key issue that was highlighted during the interaction was development of Nalla Cheruvu with public amenities.
As part of one ward every day, the Commissioner along with the Zonal Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and departmental officials, met residents and RWAs of Kukatpally to hear local civic issues and review them on the ground.
Following the meeting, the Commissioner inspected the identified locations and directed the departments concerned to coordinate with HMWSSB, Traffic Police, and HYDRAA to take up the required works and ensure timely follow-up.
Every ward visit is an opportunity to hear citizens, inspect issues on the ground, and move towards faster solutions, she said.
