Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy Jathara Begins in Siddipet

Cheriyal: The Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy Jathara in Siddipet district began with grandeur on Sunday. Large numbers of devotees are visiting the temple to seek the blessings of the deity Mallanna, as it is the first Sunday after Sankranti. The jathara will last for two months and conclude on the Sunday before Ugadi.

Special pujas will be held every Sunday at the temple. Devotees offer Bonalu, perform patnam and kalyanam. Devotees from not only Telangana but also neighboring Andhra Pradesh are visiting in large numbers. Authorities have made elaborate arrangements for the devotees, with queue lines set up to ensure a hassle-free darshan experience.
