Kishan Seeks CPI MLA’s Apology for Insulting PM
The minister urged Sambasiva Rao to tender an unconditional apology and called on the Assembly Speaker to intervene, upholding the House’s decorum.

Hyderabad:Union minister for coal and mines G. Kishan Reddy on Saturday strongly condemned CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao's remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling it a disgusting display of political frustration and bankruptcy.
In a social media post, Kishan Reddy described the MLA’s language as crude and irresponsible, especially against a globally respected leader known for his statesmanship and vision. “India’s political discourse deserves maturity and respect, not personal abuse,” he asserted, warning that such statements undermine democratic values and the dignity of public life.
The minister urged Sambasiva Rao to tender an unconditional apology and called on the Assembly Speaker to intervene, upholding the House’s decorum.
It may be noted, the CPI legislator’s remarks in the Assembly on Modi during a debate on VB-G RAM G Act, have also been objected by BJP MLA Payal Shankar and others and the Speaker Gaddam Prasad assured to go through records and remove the unparliamentary words.
