Hyderabad, Union minister for coal and mines G. Kishan Reddy on Tuesday expressed pride over Hyderabad’s heritage after the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) ranked Charminar and Golconda Fort among the Top 10 Most Visited Monuments in India for 2024–25.
Posting on X, the minister said, “Glad to see Hyderabad's very own Golconda Fort and Charminar ranked among the Top 10 most visited monuments in 2024–25, as per the Archaeological Survey of India. These monuments are attracting an increasing number of tourists year after year, from India and across the globe, contributing significantly to the economic growth of Telangana.”
