Khammam Police Arrest AP Man For Rs 1 Crore Online Trading Fraud

Police said Chandrasekhar allegedly lured people by posting videos on his YouTube channel, promising high returns on money invested in online trading and investment schemes

Nalgonda: Khammam Cyber Crime police arrested a 23-year-old Andhra Pradesh man for allegedly cheating people of Rs 1 crore in the name of online trading and investment, police said.

The accused was identified as Kadali Chandrasekhar, a native of Mogalthur in West Godavari district. Police arrested him at his native place and brought him to Khammam.

Police took up investigation after a woman government employee lodged a complaint that Chandrasekhar had duped her of Rs 13 lakh.

Police said Chandrasekhar allegedly lured people by posting videos on his YouTube channel, promising high returns on money invested in online trading and investment schemes. During inquiry, police found that he had allegedly cheated people of about Rs 1 crore through online fraud.
