Police registered a case and launched an investigation to identify those who allegedly harassed Balaraju over the loan repayments.

Nalgonda: Assistant agriculture officer Guntoju Balaraju, 38, allegedly died by suicide at his house in Urumadla village of Chityal mandal in Nalgonda district due to financial problems and alleged harassment by private money lenders and chit fund agents, police said on Friday.
Balaraju was working as an assistant agriculture officer in Kethepally mandal. Family members told police that he was unable to bear pressure from private money lenders and chit fund agents seeking repayment of loans.
Police registered a case and launched an investigation to identify those who allegedly harassed Balaraju over the loan repayments.
