KCR Visits Family of Ailing BRS Leader Peddi Sudharshan Reddy
BRS chief enquires about former Narsampet MLA’s condition; shifted to Hyderabad for advanced treatment
HYDERABAD: Former chief minister and BRS president K. Chandrashekar Rao on Monday visited a hospital in Secunderabad to check on the health of former BRS MLA from Narsampet, Peddi Sudarshan Reddy, who was admitted there in a critical condition on Sunday.
Sudarshan Reddy, who suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday, was treated in Warangal first and after doctors there revived him was rushed to Hyderabad for further treatment.
Chandrashekar Rao, who was briefed by the hospital authorities that Sudarshan Reddy was stable but it would take at least another day before any prognosis can be made, also consoled the members of Sudarshan Reddy’s family and expressed hope that he would recover and return home soon.
Chandrashekar Rao was accompanied by several senior BRS leaders including T. Harish Rao, Talasani Srinivas Yadav and others who have been at the hospital since morning. Earlier in the day, BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao too visited the hospital to enquire about Sudarshan Reddy’s condition.
