Kavitha’s Rebellion Rushes KTR to KCR’s Farm House
After a letter purportedly written by her to her father was leaked in the media, Kavitha made her disappointment with the BRS affairs public on arrival from the US last week and stated that her father was like god, but was “surrounded by devils.”

Hyderabad: Days after his sister K. Kavitha’s controversial remarks about intra-party affairs in the BRS, party working president K.T. Rama Rao on Sunday held an hour-long politically crucial discussion with his father and BRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao at his farmhouse in Erravalli.
After a letter purportedly written by her to her father was leaked in the media, Kavitha made her disappointment with the BRS affairs public on arrival from the US last week and stated that her father was like god, but was “surrounded by devils.”
Though Rama Rao did not directly react to her sister’s stance at a press briefing, Rama Rao reportedly discussed with Chandrashekar Rao the trouble brewing within leadership circles and is said to have referred to the demoralising effect of the recent events on the cadres.
He also reportedly told Chandrashekar Rao that the situation had worsened because of senior leaders airing their opinions in public, instead of discussing grievances within the four walls of the party office.
Meanwhile, Rama Rao questioned Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s motive behind attending the Niti Aayog meeting in Delhi, after boycotting the event last year. “He not only attended, but was also seen schmoozing with the PM. Wonder what changed? Naming him in the National Herald case by the ED did the trick,” Rama Rao, referring to Revanth Reddy, said on his social media handle.
In a separate post, Rama Rao demanded a thorough investigation into allegations of harassment made by Miss England Milla Magee during the Miss World pageant events. Extending his apologies to Magee, Rama Rao said that there is no place for such incidents on Telangana soil, where women are revered as Shakti.
