The Collector instructed officials to dump garbage only at a designated location away from the national highway, following objections raised by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) over the dumping of waste near NH-563.

Karimnagar: Karimnagar Collector Chitra Mishra, along with other officials, inspected the dumping yard near Sirsapalli in Huzurabad mandal on Thursday night.
The Collector instructed officials to dump garbage only at a designated location away from the national highway, following objections raised by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) over the dumping of waste near NH-563.
She also directed officials to take up plantation drives and develop greenery along the highway. She suggested exploring alternative routes to the dumping yard to prevent garbage-laden vehicles from affecting traffic and the highway environment.
