Jupally Donates 4 Acres for Mini Stadium in Kollapur Constituency

The official land transfer process was completed through the Veepanagandla MRO's digital login system at the Kodair Tahsildar Office, allocating the land for the proposed mini stadium

Hyderabad: Fulfilling a promise he had made to local sportspersons, the Prohibition and Excise Minister Jupally Krishna Rao donated his own four acres of land, valued at approximately Rs.1.50 crore, for the construction of a mini stadium.

On Wednesday, the Minister personally signed the digital land transfer documents at the Kodair Mandal Tahsildar (MRO) Office, formally transferring his land located at Veepanagandla Mandal headquarters in Kollapur constituency for the development of a sports ground.

During an earlier visit to Veepanagandla Mandal, the Minister had assured local youth and sportspersons that he would provide his own land for the establishment of a mini stadium. Honouring that commitment, he transferred four acres of patta land registered in his name, located in Survey No. 532/A at Veepanagandla Mandal headquarters, to the government.

Serving as official witnesses to this historic land transfer were Congress leader Munigonda Gopi from Veepanagandla Mandal headquarters and Nagarkurnool District Tourism Officer Kalvarala Narasimha, who also provided their digital signatures.

Many people have praised Krishna Rao for donating land worth crores of rupees for the promotion of sports and for securing a better future for underprivileged rural youth. Local residents and sportspersons have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Minister for this generous and visionary contribution.
