Jishnu Dev Varma, Revanth Reddy Participate in Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations
The Governor appealed to all citizens to celebrate the festival with devotion, unity, and harmony

Hyderabad: Telangana Governor, Jishnu Dev Varma, offered prayers at the towering 69-foot Khairatabad Lord Ganesh idol on the inaugural day of Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. The Khairatabad Ganesh, one of the tallest and most iconic idols in the country, drew large crowds as the Governor’s visit added to the festive spirit.
Later, the Governor also performed special pujas to Lord Ganesha at Samruddhi, Raj Bhavan Staff Quarters, and at Raj Bhavan.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said it was an honour to offer prayers before Lord Ganesha and extended warm Ganesh Chaturthi greetings to the people of Telangana. He prayed for peace, prosperity, and happiness for the State and the nation.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy along with his family members also participated in a special puja at his residence in Jubilee Hills on account of Vinayaka Chaturthi on Wednesday.
