Jangubai Ustavalu from Jan. 1 to 30
Organisers have appealed to Adivasis to participate in the Jangubai Utsavalu with sincerity and devotion

ADILABAD: The Adivasi goddess Jangubai’s Utsavalu will be celebrated from January 1 to 30 at Kotaparandholi village in Kerameri mandal, Komaram Bheem Asifabad district, coinciding with the Poosmas (Pushyamasam) festivities.
Members of the Jangubai Devasthan and Utsava organising committee convened at the temple premises and decided to perform Deeparadhana on January 2 and conduct a Maha Puja on January 13. The Utsavalu will conclude with purification rituals on January 28.
Organisers have appealed to Adivasis to participate in the Jangubai Utsavalu with sincerity and devotion. Those present at the meeting included temple committee president Salam Shyamram, honorary president Marapa Bajirao, publicity organiser Purka Bapurao, as well as Kodapa Nagesh, Vetti Jaku, Kodapa Jaku, Thumram Mallaku Patel, Kodapa Mothiram, Salam Manik Rao, Rai Sidam Jangu, Vetti Chandu, Marapa Kosu Katoda, Herakumra Ramarao Katoda, Mandadi Dualath Rao, and others.
