Hyderabad: An IndiGo flight bound to Kolkata failed to take off and immediately returned to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad after a passenger became unconscious onboard.
The incident occurred when the aircraft was heading to the runway to take off. The aircraft did not take off after a passenger identified as Karuppaiah Muthuram complained of health problems. The flight returned to the bay and within a few minutes the staff rushed the passenger to Apollo medical centre at the airport.
