HYDRAA Floats Tenders
The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) issued a tender notification on June 5 inviting bids for Monsoon Emergency Team (MET) services to desilt nalas, manholes and culverts to prevent flooding.

The GHMC suspends cellar excavation until further orders in view of the monsoon, and identification of dilapidated buildings to be taken up.
The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) issued a tender notification on June 5 inviting bids for Monsoon Emergency Team (MET) services to desilt nalas, manholes and culverts to prevent flooding. The deadline for the 62 tenders covering 60 circles across three municipal commissionerates in the Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) expires on June 12.
HYDRAA now allows instant repair teams to participate alongside entities experienced in manual desilting, to encourage wider participation. Officials said tenders would be finalised immediately and MET teams deployed into action.
