Hyderabad’s DEC Infrastructure Secures ₹613 Cr Contracts for Major Govt Projects in Delhi
The company received Letters of Acceptance from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for two high-profile projects in New Delhi.

Hyderabad-based DEC Infrastructure and Projects (India) Pvt Ltd has secured two significant government contracts totaling ₹613.23 crore. The company received Letters of Acceptance from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for two high-profile projects in New Delhi.
The first contract, worth ₹317.32 crore, is for Phase-I comprehensive conservation, retrofitting, and establishment of service buildings in the iconic North Block, home to key ministries including the Ministry of Home Affairs. The project is scheduled for completion within 24 months.
The second project, valued at ₹295.91 crore, involves internal finishing, furnishing, and electrical/mechanical works at the General Pool Office Accommodation (GPOA) in Netaji Nagar under the Central Vista redevelopment. This is to be completed within one year.
DEC Infrastructure Chairman and MD Anirudh Gupta expressed pride in the achievement, noting it as a testament to the company's dedication to excellence in both public and private infrastructure sectors. Whole Time Director Ravinder Gupta highlighted the company’s extensive ongoing portfolio, including seven major projects across Telangana and other parts of India, ranging from medical colleges to railway stations and government complexes.
