Hyderabad: Two-Day Residential Training Programme for Education Officials Begins

The second day includes yoga and meditation, learning outcomes, National Achievement Survey, Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), FLN studies, STEM activities, Physics Wallah, Akka-Anna Mentorship, digital literacy and AI for Classes I to V, model schools, KGBVs and district-level teacher training plans.

Hyderabad: A two-day residential training programme for education officials began here on Thursday with sessions on educational leadership, departmental work, enrolment in government schools, school safety, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), digital learning and teacher training.

Director of school education Dr E. Naveen Nicolas asked DEOs to increase enrolment in government schools in their districts and to strengthen government schools through regular visits and inspections.

The first day covered Badibata, uniforms, notebooks, pre-primary sections, Unified District Information System for Education (Udise), Bhavitha centres, PM SHRI schools, textbooks, workbooks and digital learning material. Officials also discussed the mid-day meal and breakfast scheme, court cases, Telangana public schools, open school enrolment and Ullas (Understanding Lifelong Learning for All in Society) adult education.
