Hyderabad: Traffic Advisory For Milad-un-nabi Procession
The procession from Falaknuma will pass from Mecca Masjid to Haj House, Nampally and from Pattar Pattarghatti to Alijah Kotla
Hyderabad: In connection with the Milad-Un-Nabi `Peace Procession` (birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W.) Traffic diversions will be implemented on the Milad procession routes from 10 AM to 11 pm Charminar Zone today (Wednesday)..
The following main processions will be taken out from Falaknuma to Volta Hotel via Charminar will return back from Yahya Pasha Dargah Volta hotel.
The procession from Falaknuma will pass from Mecca Masjid to Haj House, Nampally and from Pattar Pattarghatti to Alijah Kotla. The traffic will be either stopped or diverted at the following places/routes on need basis on 26-08-2026 from 10 AM to 11 PM at Falaknuma, Engine Bowli, Nagulchinta X Road, Himmatpura Junction, Haribowli, Panch Mohalla, Charminar, Gulzar House, Pattarghatti, Madina Jn, Delhi Gate, Nayapool, Darulshifa, Purani Haveli, MIral Mandi, Afzalgunj T Junction, MJ Market Jn., Taj Island and AR Petrol Pump, Nampally.
Citizens are requested to avoid the above-mentioned junctions and routes and use alternative routes between 10 AM and 11 PM today to reach their destinations and avoid traffic congestion. In case of any emergency or for travel assistance, commuters are requested to contact the Hyderabad Traffic Police Traffic Helpline at 9010203626.
The public is requested to cooperate with the Hyderabad Traffic Police and follow the traffic diversions and instructions issued by the Traffic police personnel deployed along the routes, D Joel Davis, joint commissioner city traffic police stated in a press release.
