Hyderabad: A three-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a speeding car in Santosh Nagar on Saturday evening.
According to reports, the deceased was identified as Izan. He was walking along the road with his father when a speeding car hit him. The boy died on the spot.
The driver did not stop the vehicle and fled the scene. Police reached the spot after receiving the information and shifted the boy’s body to a hospital for post-mortem examination.
Police have formed special teams to trace the driver and are examining CCTV footage to identify the vehicle and its driver.
