Hyderabad: Speeding Bike Hits Divider in Kanchanbagh, 2 Dead, 1 Injured

Hyderabad: Two bike-riders died and another injured when their vehicle hit a divider at high speed in Hafeezbabanagar in Kanchanbagh at about 3.30 am on Saturday. All the three are suspected to be in a drunken condition.

Kanchanbagh sub-inspector Lingaraju identified the victims as Sai Akhil, 22, the rider, and Madhu, 24, the first pillion, and the survivor of the crash as Shiva Kumar, 20, the second pillion.

The trio were heading towards Chandrayangutta, police said. Shiva Kumar is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the city.

Families of the deceased, and the victim, residing in remote areas of the state, were called to the city.
