Hyderabad Man to Be Medically Repatriated from US
Vamsi is expected to arrive at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Saturday.

Nizamabad: Following pleas from migrant workers’ bodies, Hyderabad resident Vamsi Ramakrishna Jangalapally will be medically repatriated from the US on March 1. Vamsi, the sole breadwinner for his family, had travelled to the US seven years ago for self-employment, working as a driver and restaurant attendant.
Over the past few months, he was battling severe liver and brain ailments. Alerted to his condition, the Indian Consulate in Washington facilitated his return. Vamsi is expected to arrive at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Saturday. Telangana Gulf JAC vice-president Gangula Muralidhar Reddy confirmed Vamsi will be admitted to a Hyderabad hospital immediately upon arrival.
