HMWS&SB Launches Dial-a-Septic-Tank
This service will help clean human waste in seven municipal corporations, 18 municipalities and 18 villages within the ORR.

Hyderabad:The HMWS&SB has started a Dial-a-Septic-Tank service to clean and manage waste from septic tanks. As part of this programme, 50 septic tank vehicle drivers have been selected with the help of the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and given safety gear.
This service will help clean human waste in seven municipal corporations, 18 municipalities and 18 villages within the ORR. All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking. To request septic tank cleaning, residents can call 155313 or 14420.
The vehicles were officially launched at the ASCI campus by ASCI Director-General Ramesh Kumar, Water Board managing director Ashok Reddy and executive director Mayank Mittal.
Free job training for minority youth
Hyderabad:The Telangana Minorities Study Circle, Hyderabad, has invited applications from eligible minority candidates for a free training-cum-employment programme in banking, finance and insurance. The programme is open to candidates belonging to the Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Jain, Parsi and Buddhist communities. It will be conducted in Hyderabad as a non-residential course for one month.
Applications can be submitted from July 18 to August 18. Documents may be submitted either at the study circle office in Hyderabad or at the offices of the respective district minorities welfare officers (DMWOs).

To be eligible, candidates must hold a full-time graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university (distance education not accepted). They should be below 26 years and have a minimum of 50 per cent marks in graduation. Their parental incomes should be below Rs 5 lakh per annum.
