HMDA Prepares E-Auction for Banjara Hills Land

Hyderabad:The HMDA on Friday held a pre‑bid meeting for the proposed e‑auction of a land parcel at Hakeempet, Banjara Hills. The meeting drew an encouraging response, with more than 50 prospective bidders participating.

The e‑auction will be held on July 2. HMDA issued a notification for the sale of the 8.24 acre land parcel, situated in Survey. No. 102/1, TS No.s 1/P and 3/P of Hakeempet village of Shaikpet mandal.

A comprehensive presentation highlighted the government’s vision, growth trajectory, the strategic location of the site, its inherent advantages and the immense development potential of the area.
