HMDA Gets Builder's CSR Offer to Beautify Neopolis Junctions
Neopolis has recently become a hotspot for real estate, with many high-rise residential and commercial projects coming up. Upgrading these key junctions is expected to benefit residents, businesses, and visitors by offering a better urban experience.

Hyderabad: The HMDA has received a proposal from a builder to develop and maintain two important traffic junctions in the Neopolis area, as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. The company has offered to take up the rotary near Neopolis SEZ main road and the triangle junction on the Neopolis-Mokila road.
These junctions were initially built by HMDA and greened by the urban forestry wing. The realty firm plans to add cultural sculptures and aesthetic elements that showcase local heritage and maintain them for five years at no cost to the HMDA.
