Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s prime Kokapet land parcels continued to fetch high prices, with 0.70 acres at Golden Mile Site-1 fetching a record Rs 115 crore in the HMDA e-auction on Wednesday, against the upset price of Rs 70 crore.
The HMDA conducted e-auctions for prime land parcels at Neopolis Layout, Kokapet Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and Golden Mile Site-1, Kokapet, attracting strong interest from bidders. Golden Mile Site-1 land parcel witnessed the highest bid price of Rs 115 crore, reflecting the continued demand for strategically located land parcels in Hyderabad’s western growth corridor.
At Neopolis Layout, Plot No. 17, measuring 4.59 acres, has witnessed only a single bid with bid rate at Rs 120 crore per acre. Both land parcels are strategically positioned in Kokapet, with excellent connectivity to the outer ring road, financial district, Gachibowli and Hitec City.
