Hyderabad: Heavy rainfall across Hyderabad led to severe waterlogging in several parts of the city, prompting authorities to advise residents to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary over the next two hours.
The Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre issued a public advisory urging people to stay indoors and remain safe as emergency teams closely monitor the situation.
“Due to heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging across Hyderabad city, commuters are advised to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary for the next two hours,” the advisory stated.
