Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court on Wednesday granted permission to BRS to organise the dharna at Junior College Ground, Amangal of Rangareddy district on February 18, between 11 am and 2 pm with a strength of 3,000 people.
However, the court directed the town president of the BRS to give details to the police regarding the organisers who are accountable for untoward incidents, if any, during the protest meeting. The police rejected the BRS application for permission to conduct a dharna, opposing the State government’s alleged failure to fulfill the election promises made to the farmers and six guarantees.
