The court took a serious view of the petitioner and counsel not replying to the queries raised by the Bench.

Hyderabad:The Telangana High Court has refused to grant interim orders in a PIL that complained of the inaction of the government in preventing private colleges from conducting classes during the summer vacation and holidays in violation of the academic schedule issued by the education department.

The vacation bench comprising Justice Pulla Karthik and Justice Nandikonda Narsing Rao questioned the petitioner and counsel how they were affected if the classes were held. The bench asked whether they were affected students or parents, or how they were related to the aggrieved parties.
