NIZAMABAD: Former minister and BRS MLA T. Harish Rao has demanded medical camps in Demikalan village, Tadwai mandal, Kamareddy district, where residents are suffering from diarrhoea.
He noted that most villagers have fallen ill and two people have died.
He criticised the revenue, panchayat raj, and rural water supply departments for failing to provide safe drinking water and adequate sanitation.
Harish Rao called for an immediate medical emergency declaration in Demikalan.
