Hare Krishna Launches 21-Day Culture Camp for Kids

Children aged between 6 and 16 years are eligible for Culture Camp which offers them the opportunity to explore modules such as Pooja Vidhana, Mantra Meditation, Sloka Chanting, Krishna Rhymes, Vedic stories, andyogic games ensuring connected to Indian heritage

Hyderabad: The Hare Krishna Movement here unveiled its Culture Camp poster on Monday. It said a values-based summer camp will be conducted for children for 21 days, beginning April 24, under the cultural wing Sumedhasa (Intelligence through culture).

Releasing the poster, Sri Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa Prabhuji, president of Hare Krishna Movement, said, “For many years the culture camp has been a great platform of learning for young minds. The camp will help children learn about the spiritual values, and grow as confident and grounded individuals.”

Children aged between 6 and 16 years are eligible for camp which offers them the opportunity to explore modules such as Pooja Vidhana, Mantra Meditation, Sloka Chanting, Krishna Rhymes, Vedic stories, andyogic games ensuring connected to Indian heritage.

The camp will be conducted at three locations, at Hare Krishna Golden Temple, Banjara Hills from April 24 to May 17; Hare Krishna Heritage Tower, Kokapet, Batch 1 from April 24 to May 17 and Batch 2 from May 19 to June 11; and Sri Sri radha Krishna Temple, Kandi, Sangareddy district, from April 30 to May 17. Children can enroll online via the website of Sumedhasa.
