HYDERABAD: GRT Jewellers said it had won two top honours at the National Jewellery Awards 2025. They secured ‘Earring of the Year (Colour Stone)’ and ‘Earring of the Year (Diamond)’ at the 14th edition of the awards presented in Mumbai, according to a statement.
The twin wins placed the south India–based jewellery house among the standout names recognised this year by the industry’s highest platform for design and craftsmanship.
“This dual recognition is a proud moment for the entire GRT family. Every creation that we make carries our dedication to artistry and our customers’ dreams,” said G.R. ‘Anand’ Ananthapadmanabhan, the managing director of GRT Jewellers, added that the honour belonged equally to the brand’s artisans and its long-standing customers.
The awards are recognised by the Indian Association of Gold Excellence and Standards and the World Gold Council and acknowledge excellence in jewellery design, craftsmanship and innovation across categories.
The two winning earring designs were cited for their balance of colour, texture and form, and for the clarity of workmanship evident in each piece, the statement said. According to the citation, the designs captured emotion through detailing and finish.
