Govt to Acquire 796.28 Acres in Bahadurguda for Bullet Project

Hyderabad: The Ranga Reddy district administration has issued a notification to acquire 796.28 acres of land in Bahadurguda for the bullet project.

It will acquire 796.28 acres of land in Bahadurguda near Shamshabad airport under the name of Integrated Mobility Hub and recently issued a preliminary notification to this effect. This area has been selected to facilitate the movement of bullet trains between Hyderabad-Mumbai, Hyderabad-Bengaluru, Hyderabad-Chennai via Amaravati corridors and to operate their operations from Bahadurguda.

The revenue officials have initiated efforts to acquire 750 acres of government land and 46.28 acres of patta lands in Bahadurguda, near the Shamshabad-Thukkuguda Outer Service Road.

In February 2026, the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced seven high-speed railway corridors in India including high-speed bullet rail corridors connecting Hyderabad-Pune, Hyderabad-Chennai and Hyderabad-Bengaluru.
