Karimnagar: Minority Welfare Minister Mohammad Azharuddin said the state government had set a new direction for Telangana’s development by attracting investments, expanding opportunities in education and employment, providing world-class basic facilities and preparing long-term plans.
He was speaking at the Telangana Praja Palana Dinotsavam held at the Integrated District Officers Complex (IDOC) in Jagtial on Thursday.
Azharuddin said the government was implementing various schemes for the benefit of poor and middle-class people and had introduced new Acts, policies, institutions and governance reforms.
He said Praja Palana was not confined to government offices but meant reaching out to people, addressing their problems and finding solutions to their difficulties.
He said Praja Palana was based on four pillars — transparency, accountability, comprehensive development and social justice.
Azharuddin said the government had prepared the ‘Telangana Rising-2047’ vision document to build a strong, developed and financially robust state for future generations.
