GHMC officials told to stay in office from 4 pm to 5 pm

Hyderabad: GHMC commissioner K. Ilambarithi has instructed all additional commissioners, heads of departments (HoDs) and zonal commissioners to be available in their offices during visiting hours from 4 pm to 5 pm on all working days, except during Prajavani sessions.

If any officer is unable to be present due to official commitments, they must inform the additional commissioner (coordination) in advance, citing a specific reason for their absence.

The IT wing has been directed to extend the visitors module to all additional commissioners, HoDs and zonal commissioners. They were also asked to submit weekly reports on the number of visitors they attend and the issues they address.
