Hyderabad: A high-intensity fire broke out at an apartment complex in the Quthbullapur constituency of Medchal district on Monday, triggered by a sudden geyser explosion. The incident occurred at Kailas Hills within the Gajularamaram vicinity, leaving local residents in a state of shock.
According to local reports, a geyser in a flat located on the second floor of the building exploded with a deafening sound. The blast was followed by a rapid spread of flames that engulfed the entire floor within moments.
The heat and fire were so intense that the household belongings and furniture inside the flat were completely reduced to ashes.
Upon receiving the alert, fire department personnel rushed to the scene with fire tenders. They are currently working to bring the situation under full control and prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent flats.
