Four Killed, Five Injured in Road Accident in Sangareddy

Sangareddy: Four people, including a four-year-old child, were killed and five others were injured in a road accident that occurred in the early hours of Tuesday at Bachupally in Kalher mandal of Sangareddy district.

According to police, the accident took place after the car they were travelling in hit a road divider. The victims were travelling from Nanded to Hyderabad to receive a relative arriving from abroad.

The injured were shifted to Narayankhed Government Hospital for treatment.

Kalher police reached the accident spot and registered a case. An investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
